At times we hire as many as 3 or 4 set of Chef teams to cook a Multi-Cuisine Menu.

Shaam-e-Awadh has 3 dedicated teams for-

1 for Indian Chaat, 

2 for Chinese (Chowmein, Muchurian, Fried Rice,etc.)

3 teams for grilled items (Roasted/Tandoori, Seekh Kabab and other Barbeque items). 

5 Chefs for various Mughlai and Awadhi Dishes,

2 for Vegetarian Cuisine.

Above all we also focus on our customers need. We always tries to make a good relation with our clients so that they can recommend us on other events. Mostly, In Muslim Weddings, Mughlai and Non Veg Cuisines is always on the top. So, According to their needs we always try to give our best so that Shaam-e-Awadh can make a chain of good clients.
